In brief: Our first time revealed a delicious coleslaw and platters too big for one person to comfortably fit in their stomach at lunchtime unless you happening to have extra big stomachs. Which we don't.
We were out at the recently renovated Williamsburg Bank, also known as Weylin B Seymour's, to work with TedxNewYork on spatially and digestively plan their upcoming event. When I looked at the map to see what subway we should take, I also saw PIES 'N' THIGHS screaming its name a scant two blocks away. What's a gal to do but have fried chicken for lunch. The portions are overwhelmingly generous, the fried chicken really good (though our preference for Bob White remains), and the cole slaw a surprise of tiny itty bitty chopped up pieces in a subtly spicy dressing.
