In brief: Normally we wait for larger groups to eat at Hill Country, but I was in the mood for deep saltiness.

As usual, Hill Country does not disappoint though it depletes our wallets. The cucumber salad, which is normally the perfect accompaniment to the saltiness of the meal, was on the yowzers tart side.
