In brief: Value proposition at the Rhong Tiam food truck is not the best. 
I stopped to grab a bite for lunch yesterday at the Rhong Tiam truck on 5th Ave. First it was a $16 bite. Second it was not a grab and go kind of lunch. Third, every bite was an intensity of flavoring that left little to the imagination.
