In brief: Children (your own) rob you of a peaceful meal
03-13 Katsuhama
Whether you have a moderately well behaved toddler or not, children until I don't know what age will rob you of having a peaceful meal when out with them. This two and little bit year old was already tired but claimed he wanted to go eat tonkatsu. I didn't believe him for a second as this is the same kid who proclaims to like sushi, green peppers and a bunch of other stuff he won't touch, nor does he even know what katsu is. That being said, that's what David and I wanted to eat so off we went. Needless to say, I ate, but it certainly wasn't pleasurable. I did get to eat a mound of cabbage which always makes me happy, as I never seem to be able to slice is as thinly as they do in restaurants.
