In brief: The service is never speedy fast at Ootoya, but it's generally efficient and polite, except for last Friday when it was a bit slower than even usual. Still, that's a rarity at Ootoya and certainly makes no difference to whether or not we return. Because of course we'll return. 
I tried a new dish, the buta kim-chee nabe, which is basically grilled pork belly slices and rice. Love. Very love.
