In brief: The menu changed at Live Bait since we last lunched there two years. Instead of having just an ok meal, we had a really good one! I was craving blackened catfish but they were only blackening salmon on the menu. Not the best choice as its sweetness can overwhelm, but when paired with a bed of addictive collard greens and a potato parsnip puree, we were pretty impressed. I suspect we'll be back before another two years passes us by.
