Is there anything better than kimchi?? I was recently in Montreal where I picked up a tub of Eun-Hye's mom's homemade kimchi. After the long drive home it was in the perfect fermented condition for
Dwaejigogi Kimchijjigae (pork, tofu and kimchi stew). Ray Cha came over to help us eat it, perfect on a Monday afternoon.
