Wow, surprise delicious-ness from the East Village today. Pinisi Bakery is a tiny little bakery with a sign proclaiming "All Baking Done on Premises", a sign that cannot be ignored. The mini chocolate cupcake looked normal, nothing special, but one bite into it and we knew. Delicious. The cake is moist dark chocolate with a butter cream frosting and a tiny hint of contrasting saltiness.
