I'm intrigued! Condensed milk or sweetened condensed milk. Mixed together or some how layered? I've googled and just can't figure it out. Help me, I'm obsessing.
Condensed milk is the same as sweetened condensed milk. They spread one layer of peanut butter and then one thin layer of condensed milk. It's a pretty common Hong Kong or Taiwanese or Chinese construct...
