Parisi Bakery

For some reason, our Parisi lunches go into hibernation once the weather gets cold.
Being that it's so beautiful and unseasonably warm, I figured it was a perfect afternoon to tackle a Parisi sandwich. This one is one of our regulars - mortadella with fresh mozzarella and their house made marinated red peppers.
