Bar 89, with Ray and Florian

04-25 Bar 89
Bar 89 is one of those Soho fixtures we've never tried before until today when we dragged Ray and Florian in on the adventure. It's a little touristy but as if you're a tourist in another city not here. And when we saw two different pork chop sandwiches with two additional variations, we could not resist. Like the menu said, "excellent with a touch of mustard", even if we had to ask for the mustard twice.

Wow, mouthwatering blog. Made me feel hungry straightaway.
Congrats on becoming a blog of note. Hope you'll celebrate by, what else, going out for lunch!

Lovely blog! But I have to ask, have you gained weight from all these lunches and dessert breaks? Plus, uff, all that eating out must be expensive. Do you pack lunches sometimes and go out to the park?

Haha woah all this food is making me hungry.
My friend had a thing for taking photos everywhere we went. It got a tad annoying when we were starving and couldnt start eating at resturants because she was taking photos of our food!!!

You two had better get your skinny butts back there and try the cheeseburgers. Some of my favorites in the city. And the wings. Disgustingly good.

You know I tried this place for the first time recently as well. I had always stayed away because I thought it was a tourist trap. I was delighted by my lunch there. The "tourist in another city" comment is completely apt. Felt like a place I went to in Buenos Aires recently - very pleasant! Looking forward to returning.
