Kampuchea

05-09 Kampuchea
It's a totally lousy day to trek over to the Lower East Side but the Cambodian influenced Kampuchea has been on our list for awhile and it's only open on Fridays. We figured even if we were going to arrive wet and chilled to the bone at least we would have a tasty lunch awaiting us. And after sharing the signature Kampuchea sandwich and the pork meatballs, we're happy to say yes, it was a darn nice lunch. Too bad we had to walk back.

But only if you can get a seat before all of us arrive. ha. I recommend the chilled flat noodles.

Pat: the meatballs were not as good as the pate sandwich, but both worth trying
