It's a good day for lunching with good friends, here or there. On this side of the ocean, good friend John hopped on the 4 train for some yummy Num Pang sandwiches in the park. So far everything has been stunningly delicious, starting with a toasted bread yielding to a slight chewiness and ending with a lovely mix of tastes and textures. Both the pork and steak are well flavored and well balanced by a combination of something spicy, something mayo and a bit of fresh cucumber and carrots. The overall sandwich is not that big, but then again neither am I.
