4:00pm coffee cake

We had a bit of a hectic afternoon today, and we knew that we wouldn't have time for a proper dessert. However, when we eyed this on the counter when we ordered our lunch earlier we simply couldn't pass it up. Moist and dense, a tad on the too sweet side, but in a way that it should be, the cake was delicious like everything else we've tried.
