Balthazar Bakery

I wish I lived in Paris so I could walk outside and pick up a jambon beurre sandwich from any street vendor for a handful of euros. Instead we have to make due with pre-packaged ones from Balthazar Bakery for a whopping $7. They're not even all that great. Although, as in the case of yesterday's apple turnover, popping the baguette for a couple of minutes into the toaster oven works wonders.
