I swear the Chelsea Market gets fancier and fancier each time I go, but it doesn't much matter as long as the stalwarts remain. Especially when the gingersnap cookies that I bought yesterday from Amy's Bread were STILL good despite being a day old AND having the snap taken out of them by the intense humidity.
