Welcome to India

It's hard to resist the scrolling LED screen tacked outside the little hole-in-the-wall, Welcome to India, takeout joint on Broome, especially when it says chicken sandwich for $3.95. It's technically not a sandwich, it's a kati roll, and it's well worth the money. We were worried it would be too small to be truly filling so we ordered additional samosas in case but they proved unnecessary. The food is nothing special but decent enough and the guy manning the counter is super nice - all rational reasons to return.
