An Choi, with Hong

06-07 An Choi
We always have a hard time moving past the deliciousness of the bánh mì thịt heo quay (roasted crispy pork) to try the other tempting dishes on An Choi's menu. But after the oppressive humidity of the weekend, the cool weather today seemed just right for some chả cá, grilled fish over noodles served room temperature. An Choi's additional dining room provides the perfect complement to the original, darker space. As Huy says, there is night dining for those who prefer darkness with their meals and day dining for those who like open skies with their bánh mì.

What a glorious array of colors! I bet that was scrumptious.
