4:00pm apricot and blueberry trifle

I eked out barely a cup of flour from my kitchen, mixed it up with an egg, some milk and a handful of sugar to make the best use of tart apricots and rapidly ripening blueberries from our basis foods delivery of two weeks ago. I think it was a judicious use of the last of my flour, fresh summer fruits and a dollop of greek yogurt.
