Office Potluck

Office potlucks are back and in the raging heat of our summer so far, we sat down to a laden table of salads and dishes served cold. I found myself with a teeming plate of kale and ricotta salata salad, potato salad, mozzarella, basil and tomato on bread, potato salad, guacamole made that morning and a bit of orechhiette and broccoli.
