4:00pm almond horn cookies

I picked up a bag of these cookies, not expecting much, but secretly hoping for tasti-ness considering that they were $4 and enclosed in a cute cellophane bag printed with hearts...  Lucky for me, I was not disappointed.  As you bite through the crunch of the sliced almonds, the insides emit a nice almond flavor, and the texture light and egg white-y.
