Rubirosa, with Patrick


We had just ordered when Patrick walked in, looking a little bedraggled from the unexpected rain, so we promptly invited him to join us for a lunch of stromboli's. The stromboli's and broccoli rabe both would have benefited greatly had they remembered to bring us a bit of tomato sauce from the get-go, but nevertheless Rubirosa makes a damn decent offering of meat and cheese stuffed in a baked roll of pizza dough. The size is nice and not overwhelming and the $7 price point is even more appealing.
