Kunjip, with Gordon and Bionic Bites

07-15 Kunjip
Bionic Bites was telling us, in the loud, hurly burly atmosphere of Kunjip, that naengmyeon is a specialty of North Korea. It's a cold noodle soup, especially refreshing on a summer day. There is also kongguksu where the noodles come in a cold soy milk broth. The Japanese have some cold noodle soups but I can't think of a single one from Vietnam, nor could Gordan recall any Chinese ones.
