4:10pm peach tart, deuxieme partie

08-25 peach tart, 2eme partie
You won't believe this but the second half of the peach tart from FPB was still really really good. Even though it sat in the refrigerator overnight and I didn't give it time to come back to room temperature before I bit into it, it was still really really good. If I was impressed yesterday I am more impressed today.
