Tiny's Giant

12-13 Tiny's
The signature spicy rizzak sandwich at Tiny's Giant sandwich shop instantly transported us both back to the west end of Shadyside in Pittsburgh. Because even though the spicy rizzak is a hot sandwich with turkey, spicy mayo, onions and bacon bits, it totally and absolutely reminded us of the Gondola, basically the most delicious Italian hero heated in an oven until the cheese melted. We've never had anything that came close to replicating that experience until today's rizzak sandwich. Which is strange because aside from being served warm the two have virtually nothing in common.

This is honestly one of the most amazing sandwiches I've ever seen! And trust me, I've done my fair share of dining in NYC! I bet that sandwich was delicious and I'll be trying Tiny's Giant really soon!
