Tacombi

Tacombi changed their ordering structure again, this time moving from counter ordering and self-pickup to the traditional host and waiter model. We never noticed the plato taco on the menu before, so of course we ordered it. The sample plate tacos are quite a bit smaller than what we remember from individual ordering so we supplemented with a small rice and beans. I loved the maiz y pablano (corn), unexpectedly crack-like. It's better to share with a close friend or someone who's germs you don't mind sharing as the tacos were so small it was hard to split them so we each ate until the halfway point and then switched. The first two beef tacos were an especially a great combination.
