Yep, Y is out of the office, and out of my laziness it's time for the curried chicken salad from Trader Joe's. It is really really tasty, and from a quick Google search, there's a lot of love out there for this item. Go try it if you haven't and already shop at Trader Joe's!

TJs can be hit or miss with the prepared foods, but i am a huge fan of the "super spinach" salad with edamame and quinoa- very filling and perfect for a summery lunch.
