4:00pm florentine cookie

05-13 florentine cookie
Thomas Keller must have fun with his desserts, reinterpreting things like Oreos or Nutter Butters into his own fancy versions. But the Florentine cookie we picked up yesterday does not seem like a typical Florentine. Maybe it's named for something or someone else?

Gorgeous, nonetheless ^_^

...I've yet to try the TKO, through the Nutter Butter along with the Pineapple Bran Muffins are surefire favourites!

K: After everything I've read about the TKO, I definitely want to try although I've never seen it on the times I've been up there.

J: It was good! Crunchy chewy like granola with a side taste of chocolate and then to cap everything off - the dried candy fruit tartness.
