Whole Foods

I've stated my general lack of enthusiasm for salads (as meals) before, and additionally finding watching my salad being vigorously tossed and crammed unappetizing. However, I do get excited for salad bars; not so much for the quality of food, but the process of picking items that look yummy in quantities of my choice. It's like being in a candy store.
