4:00pm fruit eclair

07-10 fruit eclair
One could never accuse Jacques Torres of heavy handedness, the summery fruit eclair we picked up earlier today is light and airy. The barely present cream filling lets the fruit really fill every bite, with some crunchy almonds for textural contrast.

Oh Lord! That looks amazing! This picture has just made me so upset as I've just been diagnosed with celiac's so will never know the deliciousness of that...
